Growing up listening to Three 6 Mafia, Playa Fly, and Yo Gotti, you would think the new generation of Memphis MC's would follow the trend. However, Skewby found a way to embrace what some would call "real hip-hop" and stay true to his Memphis roots. Since the release of his latest project, Proving You Wrong Since 88', Skewby got a co-sign from 9th Wonder, met Lupe, and most importantly became the first Memphis artist to grace the Source's "Unsigned Hype" column. I really like watching Son of a Gun on MTV. It is one of my favorite shows! Thanks to DISH I get DISH Online.
